Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond meal
- 1/2 cup of flaxmeal
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- salted caramel sauce ( optional)
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- handful of crushed walnuts
- 1 tbsp of cranberries
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Maca Powder (Optional)
Coatings
Directions
- Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix until well combined
- Remove and form into 1 inch balls
- Roll energy balls into coating of your choice
- Enjoy immediately or store in fridge for up to 2-3 weeks
