- 20 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts,
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 cups chopped onions (2 large) or use pickled onions
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 jalapeño chile, diced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 15 oz great northern beans, drained, rinsed, mashed
