If you are like me, and ate too much for thanksgiving here is a nice refreshing post workout detox salad! Yummy avocados, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1/2 cup non-GMO corn
- pinch each of sea salt and cayenne pepper
- 1 whole avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- handful of fresh chopped basil
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix and enjoy! Top with basil & hemp seeds (optional)
